New York Bagel and Deli is a local shop in my neighborhood and boasts really good bagels. Coming from the NYC area I grew up with great bagel shops. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Sandwich. It was very good, however it was a little light on the Salmon and the cream cheese. The prices are very reasonable overall so I shouldn't really complain. However, I would pay extra for more cream cheese and Smoked Salmon in the future. This is a solid bagel and I would recommend them to anyone on the Westside.
I ordered the smoked salmon on a Jalapeno bagel, and it is everything you want a lox bagel to be! The cheesy jalapeno bagel is perfectly toasted, with melted cream cheese, fresh tomatoes, and smoked salmon. I also added an egg in there as well, which was a good addition. This is THE best bagel spot!
I came on a Sunday morning and there was a line out the door! Surprisingly, the line moved very fast. In less than 5 minutes my order was taken. As I was waiting to pay my iced coffee was brought out to me in a paper cup (which I prefer). The coffee bar had soy milk has a milk alternative as well. I chose a cheese jalepeno bagel with egg and cheese. It was phenomenal.
Neighborhood place serving everything deliciously and always with big smiles! There are lines but worth the wait! Plenty of parking. My favorites are sesame and everything bagels! Highly recommended. This ex-pat New Yawker knows what she's talking about ;))
I've been coming here ever since I moved to the area a few years ago. I've tried other bagel spots and I keep coming back to this one. Their bagels are super consistent and tasty. The staff is always really nice and they work quickly which I really appreciate. It can get busy here in the mornings but that's how you know it's good. It's not super big inside but they've got a couple tables outside. Definitely recommend trying this place out!
Small shop with some great bagels and friendly staff. Staff are always really nice and welcoming, even when it's super busy. The place itself is small and doesn't have much seating but it's a great place if you need to just stop by and grab something. The food is great, I've tried a variety of their breakfast items and have never been disappointed. They recently added cold brew and it was even some pretty good quality. Would recommend!
Ever just wake up on a rainy day and crave a bagel? I did two weeks ago and made the short drive to NY Bagel and Deli Theyre super fast, efficient, and friendly. There were a few people in front of me but i didnt have to wait long to get my order taken and my bagel served Big fan of this place and the fact that i can get taylor ham here (im not an east coast native but have dated a few lol!) The bagels are so good i couldnt wait to dig in Definitely a must try on the west side
Great place! Delicious bagels (I have tried their Egg Bagel and Blueberry Bagel). Delicious cream cheese. They also sell sweets like muffins and cinnamon twists. The latter ran out when I visited at 3:30 pm on a weekday. In fact, they ran out of other bagels as well like the Egg Bagel and the Sesame Bagel. And that's why I tried the Blueberry Bagel which was a great find. My prior visit was around 12 noon on a weekday as well but they were still fully stocked. Courteous service. Clean store.
